post-migrantisch - selbstbestimmt - inklusiv
PERSPECTIVES ist seit 2020 Teil vom HEIZHAUS in Leipzig-Grünau. Der Projektbereich fördert die Schaffung einer soziokulturellen Infrastruktur für migrantisch markierte Personen/Personen, die sich als (post-)migrantisch, Schwarz, Asiatisch-Deutsch und/oder jüdisch identifizieren.
Gemeinsam mit der Zielgruppe werden Angebote im Stadtteil Grünau und darüber hinaus geschaffen und Netzwerkmöglichkeiten gestellt.
Das neue Modellprojekt „Miteinander vor Ort – Mentoring und Teilhabe für Gesundheitsfachkräfte“ setzt sich als Ziel, gemeinsam mit Gesundheitseinrichtungen, Kommunen und zivilgesellschaftlichen Partner*innen Mentoring- und Begleitstrukturen für Fachkräfte mit Einwanderungsgeschichte im Leipziger und mittelsächsischen Umland zu entwickeln.
PERSPECTIVES has been part of HEIZHAUS in Leipzig-Grünau since 2020. The project area encourages the creation of a socio-cultural infrastructure for people marked as migrants / individuals who identify as (post-)migrant, Black, Asian-German, and/or Jewish.
Together with the target group, programs are developed in Leipzig-Grünau and beyond, while also providing networking opportunities.
The new model project “Together on Site – Mentoring and Participation for Healthcare Professionals” aims to develop mentoring and support structures for professionals with a migration background in Leipzig and the surrounding region of Central Saxony, in collaboration with healthcare institutions, municipalities, and civil society partners.

Post-migrantische Theorie im Kontext von Stadtteilarbeit sehen wir als kontinuierliches Hinterfragen etablierter Dynamiken um Integration. Das Präfix Post- bezieht sich in diesem Moment nicht darauf, dass Migration abgeschlossen ist, sondern, dass es keinen Anfangs- und Endpunkt hat. Die Idee, ein hinzugekommenes Subjekt müsse sich durch Anpassung in vorhandene Strukturen eingliedern, wird hier hinterfragt. Auch werden Strukturen abgelehnt, die die Vorstellung einer dominierenden, richtigen Leitkultur reproduzieren. Stattdessen wollen wir die persönliche Stärkung und Entfaltung der Personen unterstützen, auf die wir treffen. Um letztlich zu ermöglichen, dass an gesellschaftlichen und politischen Prozessen teilgenommen werden kann.

The prefix post- doesn’t aim to say that migration is completed but rather that there is no starting nor ending point. The idea that an added subject has to integrate itself in existing structures is put into question. As well as structures that reproduce images of a dominant, righteous lead culture. Instead we want to support people through self-empowerment and free development paving the way towards the possibility of joining political and societal processes.
